As almost every other young boy in growing up in the state of Texas, Tim Pelham's love for sports and the great outdoors were forged at a very young age and has stayed with him for his entire life. While his competitive spirit always drove him to excel in almost everything he did, his lack of size and speed skewed him toward sports where those requirements were less important.
He eventually chose to focus that energy and dedication into a successful teenage Professional Motocross racing career that had provided him an opportunity to compete on a National level before a knee injury ended that dream come true. Although, sadly that chapter of his life ended unexpectedly and abruptly, it set the stage for his transition into the business world with the same ambition and vigor that he had developed on the racetrack.
At the age of 24, Pelham founded and over the next twenty years built The Pelham Group into an award winning thirty five men Architectural Design / Build firm that was selected in 1985 as the No. 2 Residential Design Firm in the United States by Professional Builder Magazine in only its fifth year of operation.
Known best for the personal Estate Home designs of many well known Celebrities and Professional Athletes, the firm's designs were published over 250 times in many major housing publications and were featured regularly in major construction product's advertising campaigns such as Anderson Windows, Kohler Fixtures and Acme Brick, etc.
Additionally, over the next 15 years, his Estate Home Building & Development Company, The Pelham Collection, was ranked by Better Homes and Gardens Magazine as one of “America’s Top Home Builders” as well.  Pelham also served as a regular rotating Co-Host on the local National Association of Home Builder's Saturday afternoon talk radio program on Station KGBS 1190 and appeared as a regular Co-Host on the Saturday morning television show "DFW Homes Today" on Channel 27 in Dallas.
Simultaneously, he slowly transitioned his early success over to his other passion of the Entertainment Industry by first serving as an Executive Producer for the Miss Hawaiian Tropic International Model Search program where he produced Major Events in 12 States and 8 Countries for 17 years under the tutelage of marketing genius, Ron Rice, who founded the iconic Hawaiian Tropic brand.
Later, Pelham advanced those experiences into XPO Entertainment, LLC with an emphasis on Model-Talent Management, Major Entertainment Events and TV-Feature Film project development in Hollywood, California.
Over the years, Pelham realized that due to his vast contact database of business Power Players and influential people from all walks of life gathered along the way, he had become a fairly respected "connect the dots" guy when people needed help launching new business projects and ventures.
Recently, with the advancement of the E-Commerce and Social Media Industry, he decided that now was the perfect time to launch XPO Marketing Group to capitalize on his vast network of contacts accumulated along his very unique multi-faceted life journey that involved several different industry's exposures.
